Which is why regulatory authorities have never revoked the early access to the drug… because it’s an obvious disaster? False light critiques on highly technical and complex stories is a very easy thing to do, but it does not mean it’s the actual reality and nothing I read says the company is telegraphing a disaster at all. The fact that the trial is very long? That they have been quiet? None of that tells me anything about a disaster.

I know there are people who want the broad investment community to think that is the case, whether for competitive reasons or what, I do not know, but nothing tells me it is a disaster at all. Where you see disaster, I see complexity and excitement that they have a winner as just need to make sure that their competition and professional skeptics are not successful in creating a false view of the results. I think they are being very careful because they know how much is at stake.

It has been said if someone found a cure ti cancer tomorrow, half the oncology researchers in the world would attack it vehemently and the other half would commit suicide. There are lots of reasons why many would not want anyone else to succeed but themselves. And there are many rivals.
