IT'S QUITE SIMPLE.....

1-we have a company announcing a potential $3.5 billion worth of contract.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1661039/000165495421009440/tptw_ex999.htm

2-there are investors and traders "believers and unbelievers"

3- MM "market manipulators".

we are wired to assign causation; it gives a sense that we can understand events in a way that allows us to maintain control over outcomes. No one knows the truth except insiders and those who are involved on the other side. But, but.. .. There are good signs.. On August 25th we traded over 452 million shares. Close up 261%. On August 26, we traded over 242 million shares closed up 18.80% again. For the next 4 trading session hardly any shares came out. And then on September 3 third , it jacked up another 36.93% up trend with over 53 million shares traded. With the last four trading session which again hardly any shares coming out closing on the red is most like the to do with over all market has been on an brutal down trend for the last five days which some base their trade on.

I find it personally hard to believe from the fact of my experience with other big winners that someone other than mom and pop doesn't know something and accumulated most of the stock. I do believe this has a lot to do with that recent contract been for real. Let's not forget market is a very complex place it's never 100% transparent.a good detective work always pays off.

I just hate to be on the sideline at these price level only to wake up to a pre market news that Bid and ask are between $.70 and a dollar.

I have seen a penny stock becoming a real, legit company.

That doesn’t mean it can’t happen. Sometimes, you’ll find a diamond in the rough.will make it into the ‘most successful penny stock’ hall of fame.

Apple wasn’t always one of the largest tech companies in the world. In fact, hardly anyone knew about the company for years.

Back in the early 2000s, AAPL traded for under 80 cents per share — a legit penny stock.
