Medium stated they want to be in the top 10 companies in the world! I think their plans are enormous and increasing the A/S to 2B is part of it.

How else are they going to get there!? One would think acquisitions are going to be a big part of it. This news means they aren't spinning in some small part of the company...

We are getting the whole medium merger. Simply put this is huge!!!
