PM, Can you think or have you read here any feasible, reasonable, logical, explanation why NWBO is holding off TLD + Publication to wait for Advent to be certified first?

Because that is what seems to be going on here.

I cant tbh think of any, but I could be mistaking.

Compassionate use? Is already possible now

And if its indeed Advent that we are waiting for to get TLD+publication then why did they not start with the submission of the certification request of Advent a year ago?
