I agree and if we can't hold this 18.50 level it would seem 17.50 would be the next level which is basically the 2 month low.

I have 2 fan lines broken, normally we would need the 3rd to clean this up for a momentum flip....down to up

I believe this is a stock using more technical rather than fundamental input...but surprising news ALWAYS makes the chart take a back seat until it catches up to that.
