The Contract Was Negotiated In 2019 AFTER The FDA Clearance For RecoveryRx July 1st, 2019.

NOT pre full muscular OTC clearance circa January 2020.


Probably their intent was to use the prescription only device to ensure proper usage and dedication to usage; SUPERVISION was deemed necessary.
