Au contraire mon Circa frere. That code is from the infamous circa video game Contra (look it up) Bill and Lance were some bad azzk mofos. That was a bad ass game Circa pic below. The Circa Up Up Down Down Left Right was a cheat code to get 30 lives when you start the game otherwise it would be hard to circa beat it.
