Sounds good smitter. Like I said before, I am not the expert on the regulations. It was speculation on my part only. I do know CS Holdings increased a lot around this time frame. We do know that there is a problem somewhere that needs to be fixed and this is why the Auditors would not sign off on it and why we are sitting in the Dark now. Still hoping they can get it resolved.
