So, convincing DD showing PFE approaches HLS to contractually agree to pay them for their reps service, selling Vascepa.

The question I have: is it easier for PFE to make a FAIR deal with HLS before buying Amarin, or after, or does it matter? The contract is between HLS and Amarin. If PFE purchases Amarin, HLS is still in the drivers seat, contractually. If PFE wants more control of Vascepa and HLS AFTER they purchase Amarin, does it behoove them to have this deal in place? Would HLS make it difficult for PFE if PFE owns Vascepa and want's to renegotiate the deal? Maybe PFE did the deal to ensure HLS doesn't make a deal with another Pharma co. I don't know specific details of the deal between HLS/Amarin, or PFE/HLS, or if having this deal in place has any positive ramifications on a BO of Amarin, for PFE.

My intuition say PFE doesn't need this itty bitty deal with HLS other than, in my opinion, to have max control and max profit in Canada, when they purchase Amarin.

Anyone, please poke holes. Quite frankly, I'm sick of torturing myself looking at Porsches.....
