No, this is MM's. I can see it like the ugly look on my face in the mirror. This is pure manipulation. When retail sells (or buys) the usually stick to whole numbers (500, 300, 1500, 10,000).

Look at the bid. 100, 100, 1000, 100

Look at the ask. 5,329, 2,828, 12,079 (that last number has come up several times at different price levels).

No...some MM got pissy and are pushing down the ask. Some retail is selling, sure, but likely not as much as you think.
