Alpine has filed another lawsuit with Finn Capital/Grizzly Research.

Alpine is the plaintiff in a Federal Lawsuit with an owner of a subsidiary Alpine purchased a few years ago that filed Bankruptcy.
This suit has a counter claim from the defendant for non payment.

Alpine is the defendant in an Oklahoma state level lawsuit claiming Alpine promised close to 1,500,000 shares of stock.

Two Federal lawsuits and another one in Oklahoma will be a challenge for the Alpine Team. I dont see how one company can have that many issues just after a couple of years.

I am anxious for the team at Alpine to release more information and updates. It does not appear from the outside looking in that everything is as transparent as it seems.
This is only my opinions, and point of views from information gathered online. Do not use this to value any stock or any form of advice. I am looking for myself only.
