Dahl doesn't know how to use other people's money to do something like that. Untold millions were available for that last year. Too busy with funding excuses and lab closures. Example: Wellmetrix should have been partnered and running LONG TIME AGO. Been spending money on it for years.

Now with some money ... focus to ramp production and get final approvals for first license of any value. But shelf tells me haven't learned anything in a decade and they don't think the "upsized" offering is enough to carry through.
