If Billy gets the cash this month, add 5-6 weeks to set up with TA, and, since some claim he has been working full-time on this case for 6 years, he should have a sequence or schedule of safe payments all worked out, so I cannot imagine any possible or legitimate reason why not this calendar year.

Anyway, we have folks posting on this board that they know the Rob Howe family and/or text or chat with Billy, from time to time, so they probably know what is going on.
