I believe the discrepancy could have came from this issuance of Debt? In how CS handled it or completed it? I am speculating about this as we are all just guessing on what the discrepancy is, or what caused the hold up?

My personal feeling is that CS bought the debt / notes and issued himself shares. Again this is 100% speculation on my part. Either way I believe this can be fixed and they will get this straightened out.
