That's exactly correct duzibot if the AMEX had evidence to cover their accusations the SEC should not have any problem prosecuting GlobeTel. It has been quite a while now, with a outside forensic internal audit complete and reported to the SEC. With this kind of information shouldn't the SEC have filed something? I have the feeling the SEC is looking for something that might save AMEX from embarrassment.
