Once again VLDI's Time & Sales is telling the REAL story of MM manipulation. The first orders were filled 10% below the Bid at .004. That is not possible if the stock that was being offered by existing stockholders was priced at .0084. Where did those .004 shares come from? According to Level 2, there were no shares available at or even near that price.

MM manipulation at its best.
