Outstanding post, thanks!

I'm probably on your list of FUD-spreaders (not my intent!) but I chose to float some ideas regarding the Savov case over the weekend and see how people responded, to help me with my own DD. I've been in a lot of tickers I believed in and wanted to see succeed, to the point it blinded me to adapting with changing DD, and then I lost money.

In February during the GameStop hype, Mark Cuban did an Ask-Me-Anything (AMA). One of his answers was:

I learned some expensive lessons when i first started trading stocks. It was painful. But i tried to learn what i got right and wrong. Right now, right here. The game is changing. The hard part is ask yourself if what you believed in has actually changed.

BTC HODLers are a great example to follow. Many bought at the highs in 2017 and watched it fall by 2/3 or more. But they held on because they believed in the asset.

The same applies to stocks. When I buy a stock I make sure i know why Im buying it. Then I HODL until till I learn that something has changed. THe price may go up or down, but if i still believe in the logic that made me buy the asset, I dont sell. If something changed that I didnt expect , then I look at selling.

Logically, I don't see how it's possible for ENZC to complete the audit until it's known who really owns what shares. That implies no audit results and no pink current until the Savov lawsuit is over. And many will disagree with me, but I'm still under the impression the legal action might also entangle the exclusive licensing rights for ITV-1, which afaik ENZC needs for its path forward.

Lawsuits are tricky things: The uncertainty could vanish tomorrow and open the floodgates, or push this down for weeks while investors get frustrated with more days of red, since most likely big money/big buying volume will be holding back until perceived risk is low. Re: the Mark Cuban quote, the legal action's the part that changed the buying logic, for me. Of course, if other investors feel the lawsuit is not a significant development, then the logic to buy hasn't changed for them and HODLing could be prudent!

I'd like to think we'd hear big news in the meantime on the mAbs front (studies, partnerships, backers) but since we haven't, that plays into the impression ENZC's mAb tech still has a long way to go to be viable and profitable. "Potential Value = What will the stock be worth if targets/goals/milestones are hit."

Or maybe there's a slew of good news that's being held back for legal or accumulation reasons, or to help support a later run, or for some other surprise. Whatever way, for those of us not fortunate enough to have bought ENZC in the trips, there's real risk of losing real money in the meantime. "Perceived Value = Value that the current market/investors see."

Please be patient with our questions! :) GLTA!
