Ive done that before, had the car in drive instead of reverse. As soon as the vehicle starts to move forward I simply hit the brake.
In order to slam through a building the driver would have to either a) keep foot on accelerator into the building without braking or b) sudden unintended acceleration. She could have accidently enables tesla autospeed feature in which case the car would accelerate to whatevers that is set at. Still unable to use brakes?
