Funny you mention Charles and John. Like you they have not changed their position on this for years. In fact John has been in the same position since 2014 when I started reading timhoward717.

As much as I hate to say it, they are correct it is way over for us after scotus. We are not going to win any of the other cases. At sub $1 I’m holding less than 1% of my total net worth and that is the only reason I have not sold yet. Though at this price between Freddie and Fannie I can still walk away with trading money to start all over snd I’m thinking about it.
