my thoughts on this has not changed for like 4 years... the only thing that has changed has been potential reasons why this could have happened sooner that have become water under the bridge.

i think it is not impossible, but based on what everyone is saying and hearing, --- people who are in the mainstream seem to be convinced that it is over for shareholders like charlie gasparino.

even john carney thinks that scotus means we lose other cases too, eventually.

but i still think common shares could be worth more, couple hundred percent at most by my restructuring assumptions estimates and calculations, i have no position there.

this to me is an equity restructuring, the only near term catalysts that i see would be biden administration action.. and my view is that we won't see them until we see them, if we see them, but people largely seem to think that we don't or are financial capital structure incapable.

anyway, good luck to you in regards to asking better questions, maybe you will get better at this.. you always kind of seem to complain..
