Had I known of this conviction that you carefully dissimulated, I would never have spent a dime on SEVU, and neither would a number of posters here...

The person who complains about non-existent service from you is only unknown to you, because you haven't even bothered to read its e-mails... Your return problem is not the Paltry 2% you had claimed but it's somewhere between 5 and 25%, probably closer to 5% and we'll soon know the whole Truth...

Not only the Judge should be delighted to take on the case, but don't be surprised if a criminal investigation follows or continues right on the heels of the Civil case... Remember how Felony Fraud was supposed to only be a Civil case?... You're SO WRONG most of the time, that you must live in a World of your own, concocted by your Delusive Imagination...

You're NOT the CEO any longer because the SEC won't let you, after you've flaunted so many of their Rules - where are the 13D Filing and Forms 3 and 4??? - but, in my view, you're the Control Person manipulating the current Board and that's exactly how you'll be seen by the Authorities...
