Just out of curiosity, what do you mean by an 'AS'? Do you mean that they need authorized shares to dilute? Are you implying that they will increase the AS, or there is some other action taken to affect it? You introduce the term like its a verb just like the 'RS'.

Just saying the term 'An AS' doesn't mean anything, other than confirming that a merging company wants to merge into a shell that has a sufficient amount of free AS so that they can sell shares to raise capital. Which ESPIQ has.

RS's are great for when the OS is maxed out so that they can dilute without raising the AS. Not as sure that's such a problem here.
