NDT, more likely the $50.00 COOP target would be a trigger that would be built into the POTENTIAL preferred offering that I believe will be issued to those investors who signed timely releases, then received preferred equity interests.

AND more than likely, the Option-To-Exchange into COOP common shares MAY BE triggered when COOP common hits a pre-set and determined share price when the filing is made to issue shares to both preferred equity interests and common equity interests. Obviously, common equity interests would not have that trigger that preferred will have.
