Patents don't prove something works. It just protects an invention. Per the definition: In the U.S., a patent gives the holder the right to exclude others from making, using, selling, offering to sell, and importing the patented invention. Patent claims are the legal definition of an inventor's protectable invention.

In medicine, one has to actually prove what they have works in vivo, ie in a human body, vs a control group. That's done via clinical trials.

Regen has done none of that to prove their IP is worth anything. Should it be able to, then those patents will have more value. Those placing value on what Regen currently has is doing so very prematurely and without any actual clinical data to prove it.
