That’s not entirely true. Pink current means they file all their filings in a timely manner, which they did not and that’s why they’re still pink limited. The got pink exempt status for a short time, that’s gone too for some strange reasons. So for now, they’re not “pink current” and not “pink exempt”, whatever they say in their email doesn’t matter until OTCMARKET updates their status accordingly.

While we appreciate that they’re doing great and have a great potential, doesn’t mean they get a pass for non-compliance. This is still an eyesore for not being pink current. Doing great business is good but you need to be compliant too.
