That's right, just like how a jury ruled vplm to be guilty of "breach of fiduciary duty" & "unjust enrichment". A jury of peers and a jury who more than likely ain't gonna understand more than 25% of what they're gonna hear in this case. Besides, I didn't know that a jury was already agreed upon...? In this particular case & considering the way Allbright has laid out his M.O., I wonder if it's not better to have a non jury trial? I mean if he's so fair & organized & keen on claim construction, then why not depend on him alone?

In any event, with appeals, etc, I expect this to go on about the same as virnetx, ie, another 10 yrs.
