DB/Tokin has had authorization to build out since August 2020 when Public Notice was completed.

More evidence that FUNN Execs and DB have no clue how to open up a site??? DB was supposed to open by December 2020. Public notice for that site ended Augusts 2020; which was BEFORE agreement w/ FUNN. Plus, he's responsible for acquiring/raising all funding?

Canada's online databases are up to date; contrary to misinformation.

No evidence that DB filed application for CRO License on behalf of FUNN Dispensaries, Inc.
No evidence that DB transferred Tokin Dispensaries' CRO license to FUNN Dispensaries, Inc.
No evidence of renovations at 10 dunlop, no pictures at all. No updates.

More competition in an already saturated market. I think there are only ~100,000 adults in St. Catharines?

With more more competition, FUNN will have to carry "premium" hard to find products or "exclusive" access to premium products; otherwise will generate less revenues and have smaller gross profit margins.

Around SEP 2020, St. Catharines had 9 OPEN dispensaries, and 16 sites PENDING. As of 8/7/21, St. Catharines has 17 OPEN dispensaries and 12 sites PENDING.
