If you were Apple would you pay $3.6 Billion for an inside look at the maze? Remember that Apple already has all the CIP patents in CE, and Apple hardly ever does large acquisitions. Beats at $3 Billion is the largest Apple acquisition to date. IMO, it is high unlikely that Apple would pay even $360 Million for that inside look.
