Well, the interesting thing is that the SEC will have public record of it and have to disclose to Van and Bromage as part of the inquiry accusing them of a "crime," which is de facto defamation, if false. OUCH!

So, it's either going to the DofJ or Van and Bromage will be looking to collect some DAMAGES! Lol, but then again, when a defendant is piss-ass broke, good luck collecting. It won't even go that far, though. The SEC will laugh and toss it in the (circular) file or...delete the "complaint" and send it to their spam folder! Lol!
