Yamasushi - I agree, but I think FORW stock would be higher than $2.00, with HMBL at $10.00. FORWARDLY'S HMBL warrants would be in the money by $9.80 and worth $1.2B! That would have to equate to way more than a two-dollar FORW stock price IMHO.

I have ZERO worries about FORW.
HMBL is about to take off and FORW will be 20% behind.
$10.00 HMBL = $2.00 FORW, nevermind the investments Sharp has made with Ligand and others. Icing on the cake.
