This link shows 1,2500,000 Class B Preferred Shares of ALPP Stock, being litigated over.

If I am reading the Alpine Schedule 14 correctly, it says there are only 5 shares of Class B preferred stock issued 100%.

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1606698/000109690620000540/alpp_pre14c.htm
5 shares of the Company’s Series B Preferred Stock (representing 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Series B Preferred Stock), which with the Class A, Class B, and Class C Common Stock voted collectively representing approximately 78.53% of the total voting power of the Company.

If 5 shares carry 78.53% of the voting power of the company, then if the plaintiff is awarded these shares he will control all the voting power.
