I totally agree, revenue on balance sheet is what matters. 8K is nice but to quell expectations show me/everyone the money. I'll tell u what, UN fund or wherever the money is going to come from, we'll set up an incoming fund and U can send us a 3 month payment to get started. So the contract is for 3.5 Bil for 5 years, 700M annually, say send us 175M for Oct-Dec and we'll receive it and put it into a big pile on the floor and send a pic to all our shareholders, then we will believe. It's like I believe but that would be a confirmation. Being it is OTC, 3.5B I can understand OTC market skepticism. IMO
