Improved or Increased?? This must be for the trial redux. Let the messaging begin!

Here I thought they were ready to retire, silly me. The big question is will the same warrant holders fund the research again? If so, they must think there's enough retail out there still willing. And, judging by the lack of concern for fellow generations of shareholders and governance issues, they are probably right. Sigh.

I for one will be very surprised if no bomb drops today / tonight just when no one is watching. Won't go so far as to say it's a positive, but definitely changes my thinking a little.

While they are on the edge of bankruptcy, I'm still waiting for that reverse merge to remedy that situation. This should help provide them with more time to lobby and do political fund raising too. And Powers with more time for her side projects and Chinese consulting gig.

But one thing for sure, even with the restructure, there will be no time for quarterly conference calls with shareholders, so at least that'll stay the same.
