that might have something to do with this . when you go to the California
secretary of state and look there business license up it says it is FTB FORFEITED you can see this here https://businesssearch.sos.ca.gov/CBS/SearchResults?filing=&SearchType=CORP&SearchCriteria=sohm+inc&SearchSubType=Keyword

now as a investor i just got of the phone with them about this matter. they told me not to worry about this as they are in normal business operations .
