It's essentially unintelligible, and a total embarrassment. We have seen many PR's and announcements from BIEL with grammatical errors, misspellings, etc. over the years, but I can't recall anything quite this appalling; absolute gibberish.

I am sure it will impress potential new investors, once they can get someone to translate it....... By the way, any idea what a 'Chief Government Officer' is, or why noteholders gather 'curiosity' as opposed to 'interest'?

This had to be a joke, correct? Or a hack? This really didn't come from E&E, did it?
