Under rule 144 of the SEC, selling restricted shares generally has 5 conditions.
One of these conditions is the reporting company must provide current public information.
So everything is lining up very well here...
(1) The company got current.
(2) The company provided an 8k on current liabilities
(3) The company has either sold/transferred restricted shares or is about too
