It's posted under "news" on the $MTRT OTC page. For something like that to happen, it must have come from the listed owner of $MTRT, who wrote up a simple Word document & either posted it himself or submitted to OTCM for them to post.

Do you think OTCM would just post any worthless piece of paper - especially something that big - on their site for sh*ts & giggles?
