They will need to increase the auth shares to about 10 BILLION to cover pending conversions...That said, the last 8k is laughable as why would any of the note holders take a dime less then they could get by forcing this conversion issue just cause Koosy asks them nicely?

Go look up BMSN...Koos ripped the the auth shares to over 8 Billion for this very reason and RGBP is next. The piper needs to be paid!
