LILAC will never stagnate as the technology can be improved upon as time passes. So I think LILAC should be the merging company of choice. After the RM occurs the company can upgrade to OTCQX or OTCQB before moving on to NASDAQ.

So the final decision is yours to make Mr. Morgan. Choose what you think is the better choice for the long term benefit of the shareholders. Please ignore the fools who post garbage!
