So that said what's your take on it? Appears to be the same share count as before.. I thought maybe lazar would have lowered to share count but it appears to be the same. Do you see this as a plus?

Also this partial update dated today,,, does that indicate that we get the rest of it done in a matter of days?? Anyone? Historically when this happens how long until we get totally current? ( I am only guessing but I think we get current and off the list within a couple of days to a week) Whats your take?
