Well, it sounds like you made an educated move that required much thought & have a future anticipation of where you see things going here[down!] I can't knock that, might I ask where your entry prices were in the range of?? I think traders entries can sometimes dictate their fear threshold. If people got in on APLD at $1, they may feel a bit of shaky ground beneath them with all the share restructuring. But, if you're like that cool cat CoolBeeans in at .008, really there is no fear, that is a great position to be in.
It maybe there is an entity out there capturing all these recent trading shares, we've not had this kind of volume here. The amount of dollar volume indicates some are willing to absorb these shares regardless of that S1. Maybe the question is if one had the opportunity to buy Riot/MARA at sub $2, would they take that risk?? Probably most would. I do think, my major concern here now is not a price drop, but a possibility of an R/S to get the uplist structure correct. I really loathe R/S, you can go to having a money making positional holding to making so little once they kill you on an R/S. I guess it all depends where this is a few months from now. In the meantime it was good to see an uptick!

Yes, after I read the s-1 and actually comprehend it, I had to bail. We have over 500 million shares coming into the float here once the s-1 is deemed effective by the sec. yes, I know a large chunk of those are held by term investors and partners. For example, Wes has 130 million shares and the partners have 100-200mm and institutional are about 45 million. Regardless, the float is going to balloon to a multiple of nearly 65x on the current 7.7 million. In full disclosure, being in the otc, that freaked me out as that is a ton of shares. Not to mention once the extra 213 million come in that k
Jack’s up the market cap by a couple hundred million as well. I just fear that 100-200 million shares could hit the float anytime and sink this ship.

To the buyer now, have they read the s-1?

Don’t get me wrong I will be buying this stock again and a lot of it but I can’t seem to reduce my fear after reading the s-1
