I think we somehow forgot that it was Neil Woodford's money that financed Sawston. If my memory serves me, he injected 180M into the company which allowed them to purchase the Sawston lands from part of the proceeds. LP subsequently sold a parcel to Huawei and used the funds to equip and fund Advent while retaining the rest that is awaiting rezoning. That was a brilliant (as the Brits like to say) sale and lease back agreement for 20 years with terms to extend for another 20.
