They are audited independently and the auditor’s job would in fact be to point out if they do not follow their necessary policies that were put into place in the context of a shareholder lawsuit that was settled and an SEC investigation. Additionally they have said that the arrangement follows the same outline as the one that was investigated and not found to be in violation of any rules, regulations or laws.

If what you suggest in your posting were in fact true, I expect we would have found our multiple times, long ago and concurrently.

Beyond what I’ve said, there is no realistic “disclosure” beyond disclosing proprietary information, and that would not satisfy critics either. They would come up with reasons for why paying anything more than $2.00 per dose is “highway robbery”.
