At the end of the day you have to ask yourself when u read the filing. April/May 2021....

Who is making the $ here? Debt holders, they make millions upon millions.

Koos borrowed $ so thats a + for him. and he pays it back (not really) through conversions.

And who looses? The shareholders get fleeced. Its a nasty, nasty thing. Garbage

These people that run these lending companies are worth 10’s upon 10’s of millions, if not 100’s of millions bc this is what they do!!
