Not at all true! I definitely question TA, but I am very interested in receiving a rational theory on why the historic charts can predict future prices. It is the logic of the jump from the historic record to the prediction of the future is what has me puzzled. Despite many attempts to get a response to this one question, I have yet to hear any satisfactory response. Telling me that it works and makes money for you does not answer my question even if that is actually correct. Frankly I am skeptical of those assertions by some practitioners and what they count as a "success." But like I said, I am not here to say I do not believe that it works for you, I am sincerely trying to geT to the root of the theory of "WHY IT WORKS AND SUCCEEDS TO PREDICT THE FUTURE."

bTW, the best way to shut me up is to provide the basic rationale on which TA rests. As immersed as you are in TA, I imagine that should just be a simple paragraph or two to the heart of the matter and not a deflection that gets us nowhere.
