Agreed Bono. One thing I've learned in running my own business for the past 32 years............never, ever, EVER let a bean counter run your business. Don't get me wrong, they bring crucial skills to the table, but almost always, they don't know squat about the industry they work in or what REALLY generates revenue.

Yes it takes both disciplines to be successful, but the guy in the trenches, the guy with the actual knowledge in the industry, the guy with dirt under his fingernails and calluses on his hands should ALWAYS be in charge.
