My guess is the Nevada agency is representing Savov and IMMB.

The transfer agent for IMMB was listed as:

On July 15, 2021, an action was commenced against Dimitri Savov, a resident of Sofia, Bulgaria, in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware

And the link I found for the court case involved Enzolytics, July 15, and the Court of Chancery. So I thiiiiink it's the right one? (But I'm not sure either!)

The case status is "Active" and the case does not appear to be on the docket yet! ENZC can urge the court to hurry but it's still the court's decision whether to expedite. If this case is critical to ENZC's path forward, it appears there's no official timeline at this point. (Anyone who can shed light about either concern, please do!)
