Looks like Michael, Mike, Miguel is kicking the can down the road for a while longer. $2,500,000.00 offering in a Company with no assets , no patents and no transferable technology according to the most recent filing. How can they get this to run? What Fantasy Island press releases will we see come forth? 100% definitely a Merger of some kind. JV term sheets, new website, new directors , etc. So why about the $12m in debt? What is going on with Brenda’s law suit? Why is that not being reported by Michael, Mike, Miguel? Is that not why disclosure transparency is? Is that not an obligation under law to be followed ? A $1.5m ACTIVE Lawsuit that shows up in PACER as ACTIVE is fact that should be disclosure at the earliest?
