Miguel is looking to unload another 250 MILLION CRAP SHARES pure dilution at 1 CENT EACH which is a 50% MASSIVE DILUTION INCREASE as this POS has 450 million shares O/S already and remember - THAT is after the massive 1 for 1000 reverse split of 2015 which left only 1 million shares LOL !!

Since 2015 Miguel dumped 450 MILLION DILUTION SHARES - and NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT but 99% plus total shareholder losses, ALWAYS TEETERING ON BK and now a shit ton of never ending lawsuits they CAN NOT PAY BACK and DEBTS IN DEFAULT OWED they can never pay back = IT's A TOTAL BUSTED BK CON JOB is all I see WTF a 3rd time LOL ?????

THAT...is the ONLY "sure thing" since this con job was Bioheart and now U.S. Stem Cell Inc and under PERMANENT INJUNCTION BY THE FEDS and being sued for god knows how much - just $1.4 MILLION to Brenda Leonhardt alone they 100% owe + $980K to the old, old Sunrise bank debt and DEFAULTED to their old Huntington whatever IPO notes - it's just a giant shit show as it's been since it became the Miguel and Kristy show in 2010 :)
