The SEC will not issue a decision on DBMM until after Sept. 28th. Since DBMM is in the expert market and has no market maker, it will not be able to trade after Sept. 28th, buy or sell. They will have to follow the new rules. A majority of OTC stocks will not be able to trade after the date. I own several others that are effective buy the new rules. They will basically be frozen in time until this is all sorted out.
